Our newest Barrel Finish began thousands of miles from Kentucky, in the Caribbean, where we sourced rum casks that once held premium rum aged with the prized Victoria pineapple. Small, fragrant, and celebrated for its remarkable sweetness, the fruit left a lasting imprint deep within the wood.
In Bardstown, we filled them with a custom blend of 10 and 11-year straight bourbon and rye, then added fresh pineapple to echo the same process that gave those original barrels their remarkable character, drawing out the tropical flavors hidden deep within the wood.
