Victoria Pineapple Barrel Finish brings tropical character to American whiskey through an innovative triple-oaked process. Pineapple rum barrels from the Caribbean were filled with a custom blend of 10- and 11-year-old bourbon and rye, then aged for an additional 27 months, picking up waves of tropical fruit. Pineapple was then added to the liquid to macerate for three weeks, rounding out the profile and enhancing its lush complexity.
