Our collaboration with Mars Whisky celebrates the boundless potential of bourbon when curiosity crosses borders. A bespoke blend of rare American Bourbon and Japanese single malt from Komagatake and Tsunuki distilleries was assembled in barrel and aged together for one year. The result — notes of caramelized plum, baked cherry, roasted malt and toasted oak — is something neither tradition could have produced alone.
