A celebration of innovation, our rye whiskey starts with a classic 95% rye recipe but then is doubled barreled in hybrid cherry wood barrel. The rye starts in American white oak for 6 years and then is rebarreled into a second cherry wood barrels for up to 6 months. This secondary barrel is completely custom-made and features alternating cherry wood and oak staves toasted to our specifications. This double barrel process provides this 95% rye with unique bursts of flavor and represents the best of our collaborative, creative spirit.
