The sale is currently live and will end on December 5th, 2025 at 5 PM EST. All orders placed during this period will be shipped to a PPC office of your choice, selected from the list via the order form below. Deliveries are scheduled for early December, and employee order pickups will be coordinated with local office administrators for each location.

Is this special holiday pricing available throughout the year?

PPC’s holiday pricing is only available until December 5th, 2025, ending at 5:00 PM EST.

Can anyone participate in this special holiday sale?

Only employees in the PPC network may take advantage of this exclusive holiday pricing. Please do not share this link with others outside of the organization.

Are any other Bardstown Bourbon Co and/or Green River Whiskey selections available for special pricing?

Only Bardstown Discovery Series #10, Goose Island Collaborative, and Bardstown West Virginia Great Barrel Co. Collaborative are eligible for this program.

Is there a limit to how many bottles I can purchase?

No, you can purchase as many bottles of Bardstown Discovery Series #10, Goose Island Collaborative, and Bardstown West Virginia Great Barrel Co. Collab as you would like.

Can I get my bottle engraved?

Unfortunately, engraving is not available for this program.

Can I ship to my house?

Due to compliance restrictions on alcohol shipping, we can only ship to the offices listed on the sign-up form.

Why isn’t my office showing up as a shipping option?

Due to beverage alcohol compliance laws, which vary by state, there are some offices that have been left off this list because we cannot legally ship alcohol to them.

I am under the legal age for alcohol consumption; can I still purchase bottles as gifts for others?

No, all participants must be at minimum 21 years of age.

How do I pay for my bottles?

Once you place your order on the PPC Holiday Sale website, you will receive an invoice from Bardstown Bourbon Company via email. Please pay this invoice online as soon as possible, but no later than December 5th at 5:00 PM EST. If you have questions about your invoice or think something may be incorrect, please contact Deanna Horn.

Will my order ship if I don’t pay my invoice?

No, any orders with unpaid invoices will be cancelled automatically.

When can I expect to receive my bottles?

An administrator from each office location will be in touch with anyone who placed an order, informing them when bottles can be picked up from that office location. All orders will ship out the second week of December.
