Avocado & Jalapeno
If margaritas and guacamole weren’t already a match made in heaven, we’ve made the duo even better turning it into a cocktail.
- 1/4 large avocado
- Sprig of cilantro
- 2-3 slices of jalapeno
- 1.75 ounces Cimmaron Blanco Tequila
- 0.5 ounce Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 0.75 ounce simple syrup
- 0.75 ounce lime juice
In a shaker tin muddle ¼ of a large avocado, a small sprig of cilantro, and 3 slices of fresh jalapeno. Add tequila, dry curacao, simple syrup and lime juice.
Fill shaker with ice and shake until chilled and diluted. Double strain into a rocks glass over rocks (optional salt rim).
Garnish with thinly sliced jalapeno.
