INGREDIENTS
1 1⁄2 oz Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bottled-in-Bond
3⁄4 oz Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
1 1⁄2 oz Apricot – Fig Syrup
METHOD
Shake
Top with ginger beer
Garnish: Orange Slice
Apricot – Fig Syrup Instructions
1 cup Apricot Puree
1 cup Fig Reserve
1⁄2 tsp ground allspice
3 cups of White Sugar
3 cups of water
Combine all ingredients in a pot. Cook until dissolved.
