Jaz’min Weaver spent the last decade running premium bar programs in Metro-Detroit, focusing on low-waste sustainability and seasonality. Her journey is defined by a passion for exploring flavors, aromas, and all things sensory—honing an expertise that ranges from pairing fragrances to cocktails, and cocktails to oysters.
A certified Executive Bourbon Steward, 2022 LEE Initiative Mentee, and former Secretary of the USBG Detroit chapter, Jaz’ now serves as the National Brand Ambassador for Bardstown Bourbon Company.

Other: Peach or apricot jam on crackers, red apple slices
Why? They compliment the notes of stonefruit, caramel and baking spice found in the whiskey.

Why? The spice in these gently mimics the ginger spiciness of the pour.

Other: Craisins or cherries (dried or fresh)
Why? These flavors get along with the red fruit notes in the whiskey that are created by the 6 months finishing in an infrared toasted barrel made of cherry and oak.
